Overhanging branches outside Nos 4 & 8

The branches in the photo are down to about chest height on on average adult. They are not only a nuisance, forcing able bodied to duck under or walk onto people's frontage to avoid but a partially sighted neighbour has had her hair tangled in them & her mouth full of the leaves!
