Dumped Rubbish

This has been reported but not resolved as a reply stated that the mews is private. This incorrect it is a public road swept by council roadsweepers, however, not regularly. The council weed it and have previously resolved many issues regarding the dumping of waste. If this is not removed more residents mainly from Merton High St see it as a place to dump their rubbish creating an eyesore and vermin.

Fines have been issued for poor waste disposal here so please can it be cleared to avoid an increasing problem
