Dramatically oversized tree

This tree outside 6 Latimer Road has previously been pollarded reasonably regularly, but has not been so for an excessively long time. It is now dramatically oversized for a street tree, causes a loss of light to my and my neighbours properties, potential damage to my neighbours' roof and potential damage to both our foundations from roots. Please could it be cut back as a matter of urgency.
