Corner Kingsley/Haydons Rd. Now joined by another bin bag, by the looks of it one of the council’s. Why not take it all away straight away? As two of the bags are already ripped, it’s likely that by tomorrow morning the contents will be all over pavement and road, just like the mess we had this morning. And once again someone will have to come and tidy up. What. Waste of time and resources
