• Thank you for reporting a problem with a road or pavement.

  If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.

  Still not fixed - see following photo. I’m surprised this wasn’t done when the parking restriction lines were re-done some months ago.

  Still not fixed after 2x 28 days! How long did it take between report and fixing of the parking restriction lines? Is this because that is revenue-earning for the council? The current report is a road safety issue!

  Still not fixed, after THREE MONTHS! This does rather give the lie to the so-called “school street”,imposed on us, being ANYTHING about safety.
