Rubbish bag and large bin full or rubbish left at top of Holland Avenue for 2 days now and the animals have been at it so food waste and rubbish strewn all over the street When will the council regularly clean this street as it’s a recurring issue around the shops and there is lots of building works creating more rubbish. you come there often enough to check parking
