Terrible inconvenience blocking traffic due to Car parked whole day on yellow line

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1258922-K5K0Z0.

Outside No 50 and No 48 Church Road, Mitcham CR4 3BU. A van and car is parked every day causing traffic chaos since it's a narrow road and people are struggling with Terrible inconvenience due to the car and van blocking parked on yellow line. This has been going on for a week and is terribly inconvenient.
