Urgent Complaint – Removal of Red Route Signage and Illegal Parking by Dee Bee Tyres & Mot

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding unlawful use of the red route outside Dee Bee Tyres & Mot garage 84-86 High Street Colliers Wood, London SW19 2BY
It appears that this garage has interfered with or removed official road signage relating to the red route restrictions outside their premises. As a result, they and their customers are routinely parking vehicles directly on the red route, which is clearly prohibited, as shown in the attached photo I took on The 2nd of October 2025.

If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
