There is a complete absence of cleaning on Gladstone Road . Photographs that are 1 week apart show litter has not been swept. This is despite the fact that there is a statement saying “Residential streets will be cleaned at least once a week”. There is stagnant water as well and a matter of time before some kind of infestation takes place which will be inimical to the health of residents. Please can you share in a transparent manner when was the last time Gladstone Road was swept and inspected that the promise to council tax payers was kept?
