Rubbish on street outside 24 Cambridge Road

This was reported on Wednesday and today I received a note on fix my street that the problem had been fixed. I am sorry to report that the problem has not been fixed. As you will see from the photo, there remains rubbish on the pavement but also the bins seem to be permanently left on the pavement. They are an obstruction to the footpath as well as a health hazard. The council should be taking steps to have these bins removed and stored on the premises to which they relate and if necessary an enforcement order should be issued.
