We have had a continuous problem with dog fouling. Walkers simply dragging dogs while they poop. Or simply not cleaning it up and walking away. There is one particular individual who has dementia and she drags her dog by the neck whilst it’s trying to poop then. It’s become a horrid issue where it is not only on the pavement but also on the road. All residents have trodden on poop either exiting their front gate or car
