Trees on the walking path near 1a swains road are over growing blocking the passage and the visibility especially at night time. Although there is a street lamp the path is very dark and the tree made him more isolated. Also Some of the trees reaches the roof of the house which can lead to issue to the house itself as well as the owner of it may fall.

Issues between private tree(s) with private properties are civil matter and we are unable to assist. It is the responsibility of the landowner to maintain the trees on their land, including resolving any issues or damages the tree may cause. Council do not have service to check private land ownership for public.
