Tree bashing home. Needs trimming back.

Hi.

I reported this issue before. Nothing done about it. The tree outside my property overhangs and in the recent winds has been bashing against my property. Furthermore the leave (because it overhangs) are blocking mine and the neighbouring properties gutters.

Can someone please tidy up the tree before damage is done to my property .

Lastly, the gutter edge which had popped out was removed. Is there a plan to tidy that up and replace?
