Bins are full but have been attacked by foxes - food waste strewn over pavement.

    Merton provides and maintains over 1,000 public street litter bins across the borough. We emptied litter bins over 360,000 times in the year 2024/5, and received only 188 reports of bins overflowing. That's less than one report for every 1000 empties.
