Large amount of glass mixed with loose gravel from the pavement

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1260402-M8L0J8.

At the corner where the A239 meets Carshalton Road there is a large amount of glass on the pavement mixed in with loose gravel/shale from the pavement. I slipped on it yesterday and ended up in A&E
