Wobbly manhole cover outside Miles Road busstop

The hole in the tarmac has been repaired but the repair doesnt align with the road surface and so the manhole cover is still loose. Makes a massive bang every time a vehicle drives over and is only a matter of time before the tarmac gives way again. It needs to be properly repaired.
