A mattress has been dumped on Caithness Road, directly opposite Imperial Court (Streatham Road side). It’s been left on the public pavement near the parking bays and is blocking part of the walkway. This is a clear case of fly-tipping and needs urgent removal to prevent further dumping and maintain street hygiene. Please arrange for clearance as soon as possible.
