No lighting outside - Starbucks, Plough Lane

Reported via mobile in the Other Street Lighting issue category anonymously at 20:12, Thursday 16 October 2025

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1260855-X1W0S8.

From bus stop SP on Wimbledon Road leading to Plough Lane around to Starbucks/Lidl the pavement has low/no lighting. This is incredibly dark & dangerous for those walking to Lidl. The road/pavement feels unsafe and is need of a lot of lighting now the Autumn season is in full swing. PLEASE put lighting in the ground (similar to across the road) or bright street lights. This pavement is uneven and is incredibly dark/dangerous. It would be helpful if bus stop SP had a timer and was better lit. For local residents this is not safe
