This is really quite dangerous, I first reported this on the 5th September. Can this be made safe/fixed please?

    We’ll inspect it within five working days. Repairs are usually carried out within 28 days following inspection. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection.
