50% of width of pavement is puddles

The surface of this entire pavement on this side of the road is terrible. 50% of the width becomes puddles in the rain. It’s such a busy stretch of pavement as it’s the school run, Grand Drive is very busy and there is a huge chance of a child ending up in the road with the reduced space in the pavement.
