Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1261226-D3Z6B7.

2 or more Paving slabs have lifted up by no. 31 and 33 Oakwood Avenue CR4 3dq,causing it to be unsafe and trip hazard by the tree . Tar around the tree is also unsafe Please could you investigate . Thank you.
