Hazardous waste and fly tipping

There is a large amount of fly tipping and asbestos dumped on this pathway. It is only accessible from the public street. The waste is years old. The council need to secure the entrance so it cannot be used for fly tipping. The asbestos is in open air on pathway surrounded by families gardens from nearby houses, where children play, and the waste attracts vermin.

Please can this be removed.
