Piles of leaves

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1262002-S5R3X8.

Piles of leaves all along the pavement which inhibit any wheelchair user, pram user or small child on a bike or scooter. The piles of leaves are up to my knees in some places When it rains these will become mulchy and slippy. Please clear away
