Exposing sharp edges and drop on side of pavement and road. Could cause problems to tyres of buses as they often curb it, as well as pedestrians

Thank you for reporting a damaged or missing gully grid.
A highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we think the obstruction may be dangerous based on the information you gave us, we aim to inspect the site within 2 hours. If we decide it is dangerous, we will resolve it within four hours after inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
Did you know…?
We manage and maintain 17,900 road gullies across the borough. All high-risk gullies in areas known to have flooding issues are cleaned at least once a year and all other gullies are cleaned bi-annually.
