Re street lighting

Sent to Merton Council 15 hours, 36 minutes later. Council ref: SRQ-1262508-M7T1D2.

You informed me that the street light was now working but its still out the road is dark It's the 2nd lamp post on the left hand side of the street. In Camomile Ave Right opposite the trees please can this be sorted as soon as possible!

  • Thank you for reporting a problem with a street light.

    A highway officer will inspect the site within 5 working days.
    Minor repairs, such as lanterns not working, doors missing, or lanterns staying on during the day, are usually carried out within 3 to 5 working days.
    If a fault poses a serious safety risk to the public, we will carry out an emergency repair within 4 hours of the inspection.
    If the issue is with the electricity supply, it is the responsibility of UK Power Networks, the distribution network operator for London.
