The workmam who replaced the bollards etc at the end of Sydney Road last week have left the post photographed on the grass verge at the corner of Sydney Road and Budget Road. Eazd can it be removed as it will damage the grass beneath it and is potentially a trip hazard, especially I'm the dark. Thank you.
