Gravel needed after resurfacing work.

Reported via desktop in the Other Roads or Carriageway issue category anonymously at 16:24, Mon 10 November 2025

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1263270-N0N6F1.

Church Path SW19 3HJ Church Path was resurfaced but the tarmac was put in top of the existing surface. This has meant that the parking bays have a big dip down to the Grade II listed wall along Church Path. The cars now park into the road making it very narrow for people trying to drive along the road. Gravel needs to fill in the gap - to allow for drainage. Please DO NOT fill in the gap with tarmac up to the wall - rainwater will then erode the 16th century wall. Please put gravel there to the level of the tarmac road Thank you
