Lewis Road Bollard is missing

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction on a Road or Pavement category anonymously at 10:30, Mon 24 November 2025

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1264592-Z6G5V5.

The bollard in the middle of Lewis Road is missing again. This has caused noise issues and speeding vehicles. Also, some drivers are using the pavement to get through, which is an obvious safety issue. I kindly request the responsible authorities to take action. Thank you in advance.
