Gullies have been cut below the fence of Bright Horizons nursery on Kingston Road. Water is continually draining across the pavement carrying leaves with it. The area is slippery with wet leaves now and will become an even greater Health and Safety risk when frozen. These gullies have been cut in the last few weeks.
