Glass all over street

There was serious vehicle collision here on Monday night. It has resulted in hundreds of pieces of shattered glass across the road and over three adjacent parking spaces outside 19, 21 and 23 Wycliffe Road. This is right outside my house and nobody can park here until it's cleared.

A highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we think the obstruction may be dangerous based on the information you give us, we aim to inspect the site within 2 hours. If we decide it is dangerous, we will resolve it within four hours after inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
We can take legal action against people who cause obstructions to roads, pavements or footpaths.Did you know…?

If litter is widespread, we aim to clear it within 24 hours of your report. It may take longer if we need specialist equipment. Reports of weeds or leaves will help us to plan our seasonal work. Weeds are normally cleared in spring, summer and early autumn. Leaves are only cleared once they have broken down.
