Bikes regularly block my drive at no 27

The Forest bike parking bay is a nuisance.
I should be grateful if it could be moved a few yards up the road outside John Innés Park as no residents will then be inconvenienced. Currently I often have to move the bikes in order to access my drive. The bikes are heavy and it’s difficult as I’m elderly and have back problems.

A highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we think the obstruction may be dangerous based on the information you give us, we aim to inspect the site within 2 hours. If we decide it is dangerous, we will resolve it within four hours after inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
