Torn up sidewalk for over a year

Reported via desktop in the Damaged Footway category anonymously at 11:56, Tuesday 2 December 2025

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1265348-R3Q5S8.

For more than a year the entire sidewalk area in front of 21 Malcolm Rd. has been a hazard to walkers and eye soar to our lovely street. The issue has been reported by several other homeowners in the past without results. Could you please make this a priority this holiday season? (Also when you come to repair this issue, could the previously reported very large hole in sidewalk at the end of the cul-de-sac also be repaired? This issue was also reported by myself & others on the street. I did receive a reply recently from FixMySt informing that the issue had been handled but unfortunately that is not the case). Thank you and Happy Holidays!
