Very large hole in sidewalk

For over a year, this large hole in the sidewalk on the Malcolm Rd cul-de-sac has been an issue for over a year. It continues to be an potential injury waiting to happen. It sits right where Sunnyside footpath meets Malcolm Rd and is a busy footpath leading to the village. This has been reported by others on the street, and we have been told the matter is "resolved" but unfortunately, that is not the case.
