Once again, Havelock Rd is an absolute tip the further you get towards Plough Lane. Especially around the bike hire area which is littered with cans and bottles. But also the pavement on the other side - leaves and plastic wherever you step. Shameful state, after everything residents have done for the area. More frequent attendance is required, Veolia did a better job than you and that says something!!
