Litter in bushes Kohat/Haydons/Regent Place corner

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1265407-G0H4K3.

Same bellend as usual (at least the infamous Lidl bag’s there) has either chucked their litter into the bushes again or left it right next to it for foxes to pull it into the bushes and take it apart. Would love to see that person fined - any chance of checking CCTV and get that done once and for all?
