Pavement tree in front of houses 66/68 has been damaged by somebody. Branch is denagreusly hunging and may hit the passing cars/pedestrians etc.

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1265428-Z8V1J3.

Tree has damaged branch and its main trunk. Needs urgent attention before an accident. Tree is slowly dying as its trunk bark has been removed by a lorry.
