This moped has been parked outside 71 longthornton road most of today and usually is parked in the same spot or down the side alleyway there are no dropped curbs for the owner to drive onto that are directly outside the proeprty the owner is driving up onenof the energy dropped curb then driving down along the public highway as this was witnessed a few nights ago but was unable to get footage at the time
