Mud, mulched leaves, hazard

The whole way along Southey Road near the school are mulched leaves, mud and water that is collecting as the leaves aren't cleared away. These are providing very dangerous on the paths and roads for the school children on bikes, scooters and on foot. Other roads locally have zero leaves on them as they are swept away. I don't know why they road where all the school children go has the worst problem in the area. The entire road and footpaths need clearing before too many more accidents happen.
