The public pathway from 40A Station Road, SW19 2LP, up to the roundabout to cross over to Sainsburys Petrol Station is impossible to cross as the width of the water to cross is about 1 Meter! You have to cross balancing on a brick and trying to hold onto the wet wall! I’ve reported this several times before.Can you please look at this ongoing problem and find a safe solution to crossing the water filled pathway ?
