No mot or tax been dumped blocking pavement for over a year and this is not 1st vehicle of this person dumped here. Blocking pavement with many parking tickets on it

    If it is abandoned, we will give notice to the owner before we remove it. The length of notice depends on the circumstances, and is normally:

    • 7 days for vehicles on the public highway that are not dangerous - this applies to most abandoned vehicles

    • 24 hours if we decide the vehicle is dangerous

    • 15 days if the vehicle is on private land unless the landowner or occupier objects
