The 3 street lights in Singleton close cul de sac, (up to nr 79) are still not fixed. Case SRQ-1265624-J1H1T5 has been wrongfully closed as fixed.

A highway officer will inspect the site within 5 working days.
Minor repairs, such as lanterns not working, doors missing, or lanterns staying on during the day, are usually carried out within 3 to 5 working days.
If a fault poses a serious safety risk to the public, we will carry out an emergency repair within 4 hours of the inspection.
If the issue is with the electricity supply, it is the responsibility of UK Power Networks, the distribution network operator for London.Did you know…?
