Bin hasn't been collected for 2 weeks. Another bin down the road has been condemned. Looks like somone has dumped a bag full off needles and rubbish (white bag).

    Merton provides and maintains over 1,000 public street litter bins across the borough. We emptied litter bins over 360,000 times in the year 2024/5, and received only 188 reports of bins overflowing. That's less than one report for every 1000 empties.
