Hi there

You recently closed SRQ-1266239-F3C0J7, which had the squatters from bordergate car taking up spaces for residents and the car is untaxed so shouldn’t be able to park on public roads. It’s ben untaxed for 6 weeks now abdykuje done noting. You keep saying that there was no car present at visit, so may I suggest checking for tue car in the morning before the squatter wakes up…

    We will investigate to decide if the vehicle has been abandoned.

    If it is abandoned, we will give notice to the owner before we remove it. The length of notice depends on the circumstances, and is normally:

    • 7 days for vehicles on the public highway that are not dangerous - this applies to most abandoned vehicles

    • 24 hours if we decide the vehicle is dangerous

    • 15 days if the vehicle is on private land unless the landowner or occupier objects
