Large orange transit type van parked on double yellow lines and blocking the entrance and exit to Garth Close making coming into the Close and exiting it very dangerous as you cannot see and there is limited space.

    If it is abandoned, we will give notice to the owner before we remove it. The length of notice depends on the circumstances, and is normally:

    • 7 days for vehicles on the public highway that are not dangerous - this applies to most abandoned vehicles

    • 24 hours if we decide the vehicle is dangerous

    • 15 days if the vehicle is on private land unless the landowner or occupier objects
