Where a tree has been removed a van has driven onto the path and broken manhole cover. It was a Waitrose van but I didn’t get number plate. The pavement looks like will collapse. A new tree needs planting to protect it

  • The problem continues to get worse with a temporary protection, the manhole looks like it might collapse and someone will trip
