Springfield avenue - trip hazard due to uneven pavement

Sent to Merton Council less than a minute later. Council ref: SRQ-1266912-N0W7F1.

Due to the replacement of water pipes by Thames Water, they have left the pavement with an uneven surface which is a trip hazard. This is outside 79 Springfield Avenue.

    We’ll inspect it within five working days. Repairs are usually carried out within 28 days following inspection. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection.
