Pavement slab has dropped outside 18 Seely road as per picture - Ive circled the problem area

We have tripped over this 3-4 times now so itss a safety hazard.

As you can see its dropped so much that surface water stays in the area where its dropped aswell as rubbish

Please can this be rectified?
