Good afternoon,

I request that you remove this Bin in its entirety. It has never been used for a recycling and has consequently never been emptied and there’s an attracting environment. Good afternoon,

I request that you remove this Bin in its entirety. It has never been used for a recycling and has consequently never been emptied and is attracting vermin. The property currently has no occupants, therefore there is no need for a recycling bin.
