Thank you for reporting a problem with a road or pavement.
If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.

Weeds are normally cleared in spring, summer and early autumn. Leaves are only cleared once they have broken down.
