Ice on the pavements and road, causing a danger to health and safety My 3 year old has already slipped over, the road and pavements need gritting as a matter of urgency Thank you

    If there is a fault with the road or pavement, a highway officer will visit to inspect the site within five working days. If we decide it’s an emergency we will make it safe within 4 hours following the inspection. If it is not dangerous, we will resolve it within 28 days following the inspection.
